Every year Ochre House stages its flagship symposium of key thinkers in HR at the clubhouse of the world famous Wentworth golf club. So while club members spend a carefree day strolling the fairways in the sunshine, some of the most ambitious heads of HR in EMEA sit inside wrestling with the ever growing challenges their profession is facing. If nothing else you’ve got to admire their resolve and their communal ability to resist temptation.
